Verification process
 
We may ask you for additional information necessary to verify you and your customer’s request. If you are submitting the request through an authorized representative, we may need to obtain additional information to verify your identity before we process your request.
 
Upon receipt of your request, we will respond promptly, but in any event within forty-five (45) days of receipt. The response period may be extended once by forty-five (45) additional days if appropriate. We will notify you of any such extension within the initial forty-five (45) day response period and state the reason for the extension.
 
Right of appeal
 
If we decline to process your request, we will inform you of our decision and the reasons for it. If you wish to appeal our decision, please email us at customer@jymerocan.store. Within sixty (60) days of receiving an appeal, we will notify you in writing of any action we have or have not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Attorney General and file a complaint.
